NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils
Adding a colored base prior to eyeshadow can really make your eyes pop, and unlike most high end brands NYX makes a great eyeshadow base for an affordable price (About $6 CND)
But what makes them so unbelievable is how much of a color selection they have.
It's UNREAL! And I don't even have close to half of them..
